If you don’t make it yourselves, there are several options in Argentina. My favourite is from Vacalin, with the Repostero variant for pastry chefs.
Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, and Brazil are also producing it.
Closer to us, they make some good dulce de leche in the Canary Islands. A rather good version to try in Europe is from Márdel.
