What terrifies me the most when working with coconut? Breaking it (I ask Marcel for help)! 😊
Where do I select coconut from? There are many places where coconut has an extraordinary flavour. However, I never tasted coconut water or meat as tasty as in Brazil.
Why do I love it? I think I like its texture and flavour (not too sweet, but sweet, in the end). My favourite oil is coconut oil; I noticed that it changes, even in small amounts, the ’direction’ of a dessert. It can additionally be used in so many ways – flakes, water, or milk.
How do I use it? I like it best in this vegan dessert (and it’s its season!).
