Blackberry and coconut milk popsicles

There are hectic days (like this) and... when you've got some new popsicle moulds, you should try them out. Right?

Recipe?
(makes 6)

48g sugar
10g water
3g lemon juice

175ml coconut milk
a drop of vanilla extract

Blend the first set of ingredients. Strain. Fill the lower half of the popsicle mould.
Pour the blackberry mix into the popsicle mould
Mix the coconut milk and the vanilla extract and pour over the blackberry blend – I prefer not adding any sugar, to perceive the coconut flavour better –.
Pour the coconut milk and vanilla extract mix into the popsicle mould
Cover. Freeze for 2 hours.
Savour.
