Blackberry muffins
Here’s a Keto recipe that I initially baked for
some dear friends and I used blueberries. Of course, you can replace the
regular flour with almond flour, for instance.
How did I prepare these sugar-free muffins
(makes 12)?
I mixed
2 eggs
100g Greek
yoghurt
a drop of
vanilla extract
a pinch of
salt
40ml agave
syrup
110g flour
1/2 sachet
of baking powder
100g (wild) blackberries
(in this order) and I baked them in muffin
moulds for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
I like them a lot; I hope you’re going to like
them, too.
