Baked apples
4 apples
70g brown sugar
a dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
Another
recipe… It may seem a dessert more suited for autumn/winter (in the northern
hemisphere), but this rainy June made me crave baked apples. Here’s my Mom’s
recipe.
I
peeled and cored the apples. I put the brown sugar and a little bit of cinnamon
in the hole and topped everything with butter. I baked the apples in a tray for
25 minutes at 180 degrees.
So
healthy and delicious!
