Raspberry sorbetto

Of all the raspberry sorbets that I’ve tasted, this recipe (with amounts computed by me) is my favourite. Balanced and full of flavour.

300g, for 2:
210g raspberries
69g sugar
4.5g lemon juice
16.5g water

Blend, pour the mix into the ice cream machine/let it sit in the freezer, and… enjoy the taste.
