What terrifies me the most when working with quinoa? That it doesn’t boil fast enough!
Where do I select quinoa from? I am a big fan of Argentinean cuisine, so I loved what I tried in the Andean NW.
Why do I love it? It saved me many times from going hungry; it is very filling.
How do I use it? From salads to pancakes and pizza! Don’t forget, when you boil it, use 1 measure of quinoa for 2 measures of water.
